sometimes I catch sunfish in the nearby pond, once and a while a bass if I am lucky. :( I have never caught anything nearly as big, congrats!

My brother and I used to fish a lot in the creek behind our house. We've caught gar, sunfish, small and large mouth bass, and some other small fish. Once caught a bass with a bare hook...I just dipped it in the water for a min. or so... 8)

Gar gets teeth tangled in nylon. Pull gar head up out of water, apply high velocity lead poisoning to said head.

Me and 4 other friend went out on a "Pacific ocean fishing trip". I assumed it would be a nice charter boat. We arrived at the pier.....ALL the boats were about 30ft long and 8-10ft wide. There were about 4-8 ft seas. I have never...ever....ever....been sicker in my life. Our trip had 2 boats the other boat had six people on it ALL of them got sick. It pulled along side and off loaded 2 sick people and it left to go back to the dock. My dumb ass chose to tough it out. Let me tell you there aint nothing tough about chosing to be sea sick for another 3 hours. On the bright side I confirmed that if you chum the water...the fish will come. I caught about 10 greenling? I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. 8 hrs later I still feel like shit. I will post sicking pics and videos later when I am no longer queezy.
