Anyone Still Hacking Old Xbox's??
Anyone still interested in chipping their old Xbox's? I came into a nice big lot of the SST49LF020's. They are the only chip that you can make a Cheapmod for your Xbox. I also got some through hole PLCC sockets and pin headers. They are blank chips, meaning nothing is on them. You would need a lpc programmer or an already modded Xbox to flash them. I will NOT sell them preflashed, don't ask! I've already made myself 3 of them and they work like a charm. If anyone is interested in them, I am parting them out in sets (chip+socket+header pins+link to soldering schematic/pin assignment). I haven't received my pins and sockets yet, but I am expecting them next week sometime. If anyone is interested, send me a pm. I am selling the sets for $9+$1 shipping. These suckers are damn near extinct! I stumbled across a local with a bunch of -*test*-('")ed pulls and snatched up all of he had, which was just under 45 or so.
