Battery level Display? I read the post saturnights did on changing the usb.bin file to display the battery level and was wondering if anyone is using this and if so could you explain it so I could try it?

what questions? i think i explained it pretty clearly...even showing pictures of the exact byte to change, with a block by block comparison.

a hexeditor. i use linux, so the one depicted is called "khexedit". in windows, i use tinyhexer

of course, still using it. it's very good to have a working battery monitor. it is also a neat trick.

Mime starts flashing the low battery warning around 200 to 220.... How about yours?? I haven't put new batteries back in it so I don't know what reading the new set will start at..........
