Camerahacking Acceptable Use Policy
1.0 Linking policy 1.1 Links should be attributed to the source. 1.2 Links to illegaly distributed materials are forbidden. 2.0 Copyright 2.1 Copyright of posts belong to the original posters. 2.2 By using the Camerahacking forums, you are granting the Camerahacking Admins the right to reproduce your posts, in the Camerahacking forums or elsewhere, so long as the attribution and source of the post accompanies the reproduction. 3.0 Content of postings 3.1 Users may not solicit illegal activites in postings. This includes, but is not limited to, requests for illegal redistribution of copyrighted material. 3.2 Users may not post advertisements for items they are selling in the forums. This does not prohibit briefly worded posts that include: a) offers to purchase items for other members at point of sale cost + nominal shipping fees, or less. b) the sale of previously purchased items at point of sale cost + nominal shipping fees, or less. c) offers of barter."For profit" sales are forbidden, and may result in a permanent ban from the camerahacking forums. 4.0 This Policy 4.1 Camerahacking Admins reserve the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy in the future. 4.2 If you do not accept any part of this policy you are not allowed to post in the Camerahacking forums. Conversely, by posting in the forums you are showing your understanding and acceptance of the Acceptable Use Policy. 4.3 Failure to comply with the acceptable use policy may result in a permanent ban from the camerahacking forums.

The Acceptable Use Policy has been updated - section 3.2 has been added. We admins don't want to bear the legal implications of this board turning into a real marketplace, but we also don't wish to discourage trading and other natural community activities. It's difficult to tell someone selling cams for $90+ that they can't sell here when others are also selling at more reasonable profit margins, so we've opted for only allowing briefly worded non-profit sale posts.
