Hi my camera is installed and it is listed in device manager as "Ritz PV2 Red, Version 02/15/2004, 0.1.8.0". So I am assuming the drivers are ok. I open up PV2Tools and try to open the camera. It states "Couldn't Find Camera". Ideas?

I had the same problem - ended up using the legal unlock method in the first post of the how-to. :)
