It looks like windows movie maker. Windows ME and XP come free with this program. Its in my programs when XP and ME is installed. If you find it, first thing before you do anything, upgrade to windows movie maker V2 its better and comes with more features. All the buttons and stuff changes so dont even get use to movie maker V1. The second version adds more transitions, smaller compression settings its just alot better version.

Thanks BowerR64, I tried to import an .avi that I downloaded from my cvs camcorder into windows movie maker and it will not allow me to. It asked to divx codec. I installed divx codec and now the error message changed but it will not let me. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks,
