Unrelated question: Are you mx3 who did the MD builds for CHDK? yes one guy asked me to help him hack his olympus fe210 and I discovered that camera have alot of common with project you do here so I'm here :-)

CHDK is absolutely awesome! That made me get my hands on some canons! Of course I now use SDM for stereo with 2 canon's, but I started with 2 of our lovely pv2's first. They make a pretty good stereo camera which is nearly indestructable!
