$f13b seems to be a 3-bit register
I tried setting $f13b to $0b and upon reading it was $03. Setting it to $02 worked fine. Is there a such thing as a 3-bit register? In the firmware it is set to $00 and after a 66 millisecond pause it is set to $07.
