$f715 does not turn off pv2
I assumed that hardware register $f715 which resets the camera would be used to turn off the pv2 camera. I changed both places where it is written to so that it would write to another hardware register. I even double checked my modified firmware for the existence of "15 f7". With the modified firmware, the camera seems to function completely normally including powering off and on.
