woah, whats the deal with your cat's eye?

Did you get your cat "grass" from a guy on the street corner?

His left eye is damaged from a fight, half of it is black, he doesnt have good vision in it. THe other eye is open because hes getting ready to jump up in my lap and its fairly dark in my room.

Its weird i took him to the vet and the vet said he has about 80% vision in the eye that is damaged but i dont think the vet knows because it looks worse then 80%. If you look at his eye in the light you can see about 1/3 is all black but at night only his good eye reflects light so maybe he has 80% vision in the daylight but at night i dont think hes seeing thre it at all. Its a shame because hes the coolest cat and he loves to hunt. I think his eye was damaged really early in his life. I just got him last year from a friend who moved and when ever i mention him my friend is sad, he misses him.
