Help with firmware I was attempting to do the massdugg unlock. I followed every step correctly, when afterwards, I realized that I was using a different LibUSB version. Does this make any difference if mine is a later version?
Now when I download my videos, they do not play on anything. I have tried downloading from both the mass storage file and using OPS. Here is my firmware box setting thing:
3/30/2008 19:08
FW-VERSION: 53.14
Realm ID = 20
GFD062402529
PCB VER: DC-6910 A3
Did the massdugg mess up my camcorder firmware version or something? Is it possible to have the file sent to me to replace into my camcorder? (stupid me forgot to back up my files first) Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

If you haven't tried same player and codec using the PC that originally worked - I suggest reinstalling an xvid codec.

This pops up every time I try to watch a video recorded from the camera. It is not just recent videos, some are from a long time ago, which I remember watching earlier. I have tried other video players also, which all include this error. I tried a system restore before I did any of this, but it still happened.

download the xvid codecs from the sourceforge site, and try reinstalling it.
if that doesn't work, try disabling dep.
