If you do EXACTLY what it says, it will work. If you look to far into it and start second guessing things you will just confuse yourself. If it does not tell you to save it somewhere exactly or name it something then it does not matter.

Both you and me have made an error Do you have a M220 or a M230?
is it a 33.14 (M220) or a 53.14 (M230). This App will only work on a 53.14 as stated. I assumed you had a M230 53.14 and just finger fucked the keyboard. if you dont have one (53.14 M230) your are SOL...for now

Thanks for the programs. I got them both to work. I'm glad I tried it out on a second computer because it wasn't showing up on the one I installed OPS on and I was close to re-doing stuff. It shows up in windows explorer as "No Name" an I can drag the avi files right onto my hard drive! Sweeeeet!
