Monarch at my Milkweeds (as seen by a model 230) As stated over a year ago in my photo.net biography - while looking for a cheap digital camera to take pictures of Monarch butterflies, I came upon original Blue Dakota hacking. That is when I started hacking - I have no idea when I'll stop.
After 3 years of growth my Milkweed patch (started from a few seeds) is now attracting Monarchs:

I've fallen behind on attempts to capture UV as seen by migrating Monarchs. I believe capturing UV will require firmware modification to exposure times (both PV2 and Camcorder).
