more than one camcorder

yes, you can use more than one camera. just paste the C/R pair that you get after decrypting the response into the saturnkeys.txt file in your ops folder. multiple keys should be seperated by putting the key on a new line of the page. best program to use for decrypting is burningman, google "GuyFawkes.zip" its currently the seventh result.

the burningmanGUI would be alot better for you IMO, it is easy to use and works real good. I have 4 cameras running on 1 file and plan to get more, the only thing you will notice is depending on the camera you use, say you use camera #1 it will show it unlocked on 1st try....now if I use camera #4 it will say cannot unlock it 3 times and unlock it on the 4th try...it wont hurt anything it just reads through the list of codes you have in that file....if you had say 4 working codes for the same camera it would say it opened it 4 times... Hope that helps a bit :D

If you have 1 code or 25 codes in the .txt file it should open on the first try

If you have 1 code or 25 codes in the .txt file it should open on the first try what I mean to say is it opens in one try it just goes through all 1 to 25 and says which one opened it and which did not...and the same if you have multiple of the same code it will it was opened once for every code in the file that opens it. it only takes like an instant but if you scroll up you see them, dont worry it still works, that part was just a heads-up incase of confusion(as to why it lists a response for every code)

If I remember right, it will take the challenge received from your camcorder and search through the saturnkeys.txt for a matching challenge. Then it tries to unlock with that C/R. You are probably thinking of the default C/R's in Ops it tries...

ok so what is teh easiest way to get teh code i need for every camcorder and were can i find were to put it. idk were the first code was put and how do you use this software to get the code. and what is teh best camera for an on board vid? i just bought 2 model 230s thats all they had i was going to look for a 220 because i read somewere that they have better quality is this true?

sprinter10- 05-09-2008

ok i am stuck with one of them haha. it has zoom is this good or bad? does that do anything like freeze up on full resolution? or not like vibrations on a car?

brite_eye- 05-09-2008

i was going to look for a 220 because i read somewere that they have better quality is this true? No, the 230 has better quality since it is using a Zoran Coach 8, all the other PD OTU (one time use) camcorders use a Coach 7. I am still hoping PD will offer an upgrade (model 250) with a Coach 10: H.264 video capture and playback of HD (720P) resolution at 30 frames per second.

Then it can be opened with Ops on any machine without me having to fuss with updating saturnkeys.txt on multiple machines.
