Need some assistance please
Gentlemen, I am messed something up during the process, which I am hoping will be very simple for someone else to spot. I turned one of my old PalmIII docking stations into a dock for my 230. It works fine and is detected by XP at a Saturn device. I have FW-Version 53.12 I have Ops installed and can connect to camera no problem. I used Titan and Burnman to make my SaturnKey.txt and it did work once. I was able to download 9 movies, however most did not have a btyle count. I tired again to download them, however now I am not able to unlock the camera anymore. I tried reinstalling everything from scratch and was able to do exactly the same thing again. I could only unlock the camera once. After the first time, when I redock my camera it comes up as a non-unknown device. Does anyone know what I am screwing up? Any ideas on what I can try next? -Monte

It sounds like a problem with your cable, and it went from bad to worse. A marginal cable will sometimes allow you to unlock but will give you zero byte movies - it just won't support high speed transfer. Try: fixing the cable, resoldering the joints, connecting the shield to ground, shortening the cable, plugging it into other computers, plugging into a hub if you were initially plugged into the computer, plugging into the computer directly if you were initially plugged into a hub.

You were correct. In my excitement, I plugged it into my front USB ports. (I don't know what I was thinking either) Once I moved it to the rear intergrated ones, it worked fine. Thank you for your assistance. -Monte
