New method for 6550 FW?
I was able to unlock this one: FIRMWARE 6550 (Red) ||| HARDWARE 06 ||| TYPE ID 2B ||| CMP TYPE ID 2B ||| ID DB10517015xx ||| REALM ID 20 It has screws in the battery compartment. LibUSB 0.1.10.1 ||| PV2Tool 2.19 I first tried the 6-7 short which changed PID to 2B. Then I got the PV2Tool to show my camera back to 0027 by: /*- placing the batteries the wrong way for five seconds. /*- Just leave one battery (left side) in the right way secured with one screw. /*- I shorted and replugged to PC instantly. /*- Clicked "Open Camera" Found the camera: SMaL Digital Camera, VID:0DCA PID:002B Found camera. Connected to camera. /*- Cilcked "SDRAM keyscan" Attempting download of SDRAM for keyscan Failed at retrieving memory /*-Clicked "Close Camera" Camera USB device closed. > Restarted PV2Tool 2.19 /*- Clicked "Open Camera" Found the camera: SMaL Digital Camera, VID:0DCA PID:002B Found camera.
