has anyone tried my linux shell script yet? it worked on my machine, but i just want to make sure that it works on others'

Okay, I'm an IDIOT! I was under the assumption the drivers self-installed. I installed them manually and I opened OPS Ops_libusb-0.1.10.1 and clicked Open Camcorder: Camcorder USB device closed. Found the camcorder: Pure Digital Inc. Saturn , VID:167B PID:0101 Found camcorder. Connected to camcorder. YIPEE! Scott, PM me if you already haven't got your camera unlocked. OCS UPDATE: Maybe release 0.2 might be out tommorow. I have all of the GUI done, and ability to download the la-*test*-('") Camcorder Software (OPS, Ceres, Titan). I'm kinda still in the late designing stages for the Driver Installation, but it will require no user intervention or silly Message Boxes!

Shabam! What did I tell you! OSC 0.2 BETA is released. I say beta because only I have -*test*-('")ed it. Error Reporting is not written yet, maybe when I have some more time on my hands. The log dump, I belive, is a great tool for troubleshooting. If you are having problems, click 'Dump' at the point it goes awry and then It will be easier for me to fiqure out what is wrong. Cut/Paste the contents of log.txt in a post. The software you can (optionally+automatically) download is: Camcorder -OPS -Ceres -Titan PV2 -PV2Tool -PV2Fetch -TitanPV2 Other - Shutout's PV2Menu - AutoLauncher You can download OCS 0.2 here, 503KB Could I get some feedback please?

Well I dont think it is working i hit the .exe file and all i get is a down arrow in the tool bar and thats it.....what now?

Are you sure you are downloading version 0.2Beta (above), because 0.1 didn't have a GUI and only had the taskbar icon.

I think you should add a help file explaining what every program is. Tell which programs are needed and which are extras....

I probably will end up doing that, but isn't that even beyond spoon-feeding it to them? It's like jabbing them with a IV and then they don't even have to chew the food. If they don't know what OPS and PV2Tool do, then I think they have to do some reading before they start.

no its...no biggie though. i was just playing around to see the program.

Version 0.3 BETA is out... Changes: - Added shutout's Camcorder Menu - When extracting folders, made it so it would chop off the version number, to make it easier for a config file to access. A automatic config file swap would be possible, but I have no idea how to go up a folder for your software. You can download it here La-*test*-('") Version is 0.6
