pv2 hardware register $f708 may relate to asic power In playing around with hardware register $f708 I am guessing that it may control power to parts of the asic to allow for longer battery life. It is never read in the firmware and is only set to $00, $01, $03, $10, $21, and $5f. In one function in the core it is set to zero and after about a half second pause it is set to $10. Changing the second value to zero had no noticeable change in the camera operation however changing it to any of the other values made the camera fail to power on with or without being connected to USB.
Can anyone prove my guess wrong or right for this hardware register?

Maybe this and/or $f709 are written to in order to affect the voltage going to the imager.
Could someone check this who has a properly working voltmeter or oscilloscope?
