"How Not To" scrape off bayer
After not killing any pixels with a xacto knife and getting pink where I scraped, I tried spreading Naval Jelly (phosphoric acid) with a tiny screw driver. I think going off edge into blue area killed it, but tiny wire sticking up out middle of imager doesn't seem to belong. http://www.demanufacturing.com/pv2/www/brite_eye/ff2_d01.jpg A 5.1 mm x 3.8 mm ultra 3 imager captured by its bigger brother a 6.46 mm x 4.86 mm 2mp from about an inch away flashing through white paper folded twice creating 4 layers to reduce brightness of flash.

I have also posted a link to devastating image on photo.net. I particularly like the way demanufacturing shows up when link is clicked. http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=00CC5D The link above is broken due to deletion by a moderator of photo.net without any explanation. I have had several posts deleted by self proclaimed "masters". Such activity could drive one to the dark side, but I just dismiss it as their failure to see brite lite (lacking patented extended dynamic imagers in their expensive cameras).

WHAT NO DIGITAL REBEL!!!!!1 "WHAT KIND OF TRASH IS THIS" if the moderators cannot see the bueaty of the science that was displayed here and want to refrain from displaying such award winning photography of the devistation of the imageing chip (nice macro shot deserves better treatment) or or or "mabyee' it was just hidden jealosy that some have gone where they feared to go for the advancement of knolage ""and brought back photos that compare with higher dollar camers" and just shaken there foundation of "we are professionals and you are novices" in doing so may undermine the authority of the federation and the rebellion must be crushed before its ideas infect others LOL P.S. throw in a puppy or kitten in the photo for insurance (from deletion)
