recharging
Im just wondering when you plug in your camcorder. Would it charge the batteries if they were rechargeable?

nope. separate circuit. i do remember seeing a way to hack a regular PD camera to do this though (and i imagine that it would work on the videocam as well). try searching for it. EDIT: found it; http://camerahacks.10.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=10

i would(and do) use normal rechargables they seem to last for ever if you charge them properly, and save you money overall.
