I think I posted my previous request in the wrong forum, I am very sorry. I was able to get the m230 FW 53.18 to work fine but I have an older camera FW 53.14 that I cannot unlock. That would have made a world of difference in my shopping. I just realized that this i have a red camera with an 09 challenge.

I picked up 2 Camcorders, a model 220 and 230. Both Models have Zoom. I Got the codes, unlocked them and then they both died, very strange. :-(
