One nice feature of an FF2 is ability to turn off strobe. That along with small thin size allows for unobtrusive shooting at concerts. I wonder how much better low light photos would be using calib file when processing. One nice feature of my new position working in Orchestra Place is its location right next to Max's Music Box in Detroit (and my work ID card allows free parking). I wish morcheeba could add more mips to his brain speeding up completion of work on camcorder (they seem to handle low light well and of course would have allowed a relay of music to my ears). http://camerahacking.mine.nu/phils/demanufacturing/pv2/www/brite_eye/sanchez/san08.jpg http://camerahacking.mine.nu/phils/demanufacturing/pv2/www/brite_eye/sanchez/san11.jpg http://camerahacking.mine.nu/phils/demanufacturing/pv2/www/brite_eye/sanchez/san16.jpg http://www.sonymusic.com/artists/DavidSanchez/ I asked sound man at back of room about photo policy - he checked and told me quartet didn't mind at all. So as long as there is no profit motive above are legal postings (I hope). I wish all Musicians followed open and free recording originally promoted by Grateful Dead.

Hmm its so odd when I see pictures that didnt utilize the flash. So this is a Flatfoto2 like the ones from radioshack? Im a bit suprised by some of the noise on the picture on the bright spot but the darks are clean. I hope its possible to one day get the camera to turn off the flash.

Of course it is possible - just plug it into a laptop usb, and use pv2tool to "take a pic" . All it requires for unplugged duplication is motivation to spend weeks first understanding morcheeba's comments after disassembling a 6410 firmware.bin then months writing a firmware from scratch.
