Signed and unsigned 8-bit division function with mod I identified the 8-bit division function that is found in all versions of firmware. It uses R1 and R0 for input and output where R0=R1/R0 and R1=remainder.
The 8-bit division function has two entry points. The first entry point (L8352B in FF2 firmware) does signed integer division (divides numbers in range of $80 to $7F or -128 to 127)
The second entry point (L83545 in FF2 firmware) does unsigned integer division (divides numbers in range of $00 to $FF or 0 to 255)
